Overview of the role

The Digital Marketing, Growth & Content Lead will own VBP’s lead generation and optimisation engine, with HubSpot as the central platform. This role is accountable for driving predictable, high-quality leads through multi-channel campaigns, performance reporting and data-driven content strategies.
Beyond digital growth and content planning, this role will also manage VBP’s creative team, ensuring content, design and video projects are aligned with lead-generation, brand storytelling and business strategy priorities; ensuring marketing activities align tightly with business growth objectives, recruitment needs, creative briefs and brand standards.
You will be mentored and supported by our Chief Marketing Officer, who will provide hands-on guidance, strategic direction and opportunities to build your leadership capability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead and optimise multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, SEM, retargeting) and funnel performance.
  • Manage digital platforms (paid social, search, display, email, affiliate, etc) and content amplification across these channels.
  • Build and refine HubSpot workflows, predictive lead scoring and attribution dashboards.
  • Test, measure and optimise campaigns to increase lead quality, conversion rates and ROI.
  • Provide dotted line support and mentoring to the Recruitment & Events team for lead generation campaigns and reporting
  • Lead, mentor and manage the creative team workflow and priorities to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Ensure creative outputs align with marketing strategy, digital campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Drive innovation in creative storytelling, formats and personalisation approaches.
  • Develop 2026 content strategy and support delivery of approved content.
  • Define campaign themes, hooks and messaging frameworks.
  • Leverage AI-enabled personalisation to boost engagement and performance.
  • Align digital content with event-led campaigns and business priorities.
  • Refine and optimise marketing dashboard and reports in HubSpot and ad platforms.
  • Track Lead → Client pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams.
  • Partner with Sales to refine lead qualification and improve marketing-to-sales handover.
  • Collaborate with Events & Recruitment Lead to integrate workflows and campaigns across recruitment and activations.

Major Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related discipline).
  • 5+ years’ digital marketing experience with proven success in lead generation, scoring and optimisation.
  • Commercial mindset: you understand growth metrics, ROI, funnel metrics, are comfortable with numbers and comfortable driving results.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation / CRM tools (HubSpot a plus) and measurement/reporting of campaigns.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – able to articulate strategy, present insights, and work with stakeholders globally.
  • Hands-on campaign management across LinkedIn, Meta, SEM and retargeting.
  • Experience managing budgets, optimising spend and delivering performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with autonomy, able to drive, prioritise and deliver results.
